The Alligator Farm in the U.S.-American small town of St. Augustine was founded in 1893 and is one of the oldest Zoological institutions in Florida. In addition to the eponymous alligators, numerous other species can be seen here today. A separate area belongs to the Birds of Africa, for example, and giant tortoises, Kois and Komodo dragons are also at home in the Park. A special feature are the Albino alligators, which according to a legend should even bring luck. In contrast, the numerous exotic birds, such as parrots and toucans, are extremely colourful.
