Completed in 1892 in the Flemish Renaissance style by Captain Frederick Pabst, the stately home became the jewel of Milwaukee’s famous Grand Avenue. At the time of completion, captain Pabst was 57 years old. A gifted captain, beer Baron, real estate dealer, philanthropist and Patron of the arts.

The Pabst Mansion is a witness to his success, his love of life and his German heritage.
