Where is Naples Pier?

In recent years we have been in Naples again and again on the Pier and enjoyed the beach life, most recently Nov. 2017. Now we were after 2 years today

on 1.11.2019 here and were horrified. From the Pier and on the beach dead fish without end.
Brown water, no more dolphins. Anglers on the Pier are also significantly less…what should you also fish. We lack words.
The brown algae destroy everything.
