Flag of Djibouti

Djibouti is a state in the Horn of Africa. It is a country bordering the Red Sea and bordering Eritrea, Ethiopia and Somalia.
Largely desert, it has an area of 23,200 km2 and is populated by 774,400 inhabitants (2012), mostly concentrated in the capital, Djibouti (624,000 inhabitants). Other cities : ‘Ali Sabieh (40,000 inhabitants), Tadjoura (22,000), Obock (17,000), Dikhil (12,000).

Djibouti is divided administratively into six circles : Ali Sabieh, Arta, Dikhil, Djibouti, Obock and Tadjourah.
