Hapuna also offers ideal conditions for swimming, bodyboarding, sunbathing and snorkelling all year round. At the beginning of the year, with a bit of luck, the passing whales can also be observed from a distance.

On this beach there is ample parking, food stalls, picnic areas, toilets and showers. The warm waters of Hapuna Beach also provide a welcome refreshment from the hot temperatures of South Kohala.
