Dolisie, also known as Loubomo, is the capital of the Niari Region and with about 110,000 inhabitants the third largest city of the Republic of Congo.

Dolisie is located in the southeast of Niari, near the border with Cabinda. The city is named after Albert Dolisie, a faithful companion of Pierre Savorgnan de Brazza, who is regarded as an important figure.

In addition, Dolisie is known for its nightlife and in the surroundings, there are several delightful destinations such as the lake Moukombo, which is located only a few kilometers away from the city.
