Where is Coast Guard Beach?

We rented bikes and cycled to the Coast Guard Beach, because parking is rare and expensive! Beautiful guarded beach- but the greatest thing was: shortly after we arrived, we could see a whale (humpback whale?), which appeared several times from the water – that was really a great experience – and probably not so rare on this beach, as people told us.
