Amicalola Falls State Park is perfect for hiking and relaxing. About 12 miles of hiking trails and various picnic opportunities invite you to spend the day here. The Highlight, however, is the huge waterfall, which plunges more than 200 m into the depth and can be admired from several places.

The Park is open every day from 07:00 to 22:00, and there is currently a $ 5 fee per vehicle. From Atlanta the journey takes about 1.5 hours, from Chattanooga you can reach the Park in 2 hours.
