Flag of Uganda

Uganda is a state in Eastern Africa, located in the Great Lakes region. With an area of 241,038 km2 and a population of 35.9 million (2012), this landlocked country, which borders on Lake Victoria , Lake Albert and Lake Edward, borders on the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), South Sudan, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda.
