Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is a group of 32 Islands (and a host of islets) independent since 1979 and corresponds (with the island of Grenada) to the Windward Islands, formerly English; 118 inhabitants, capital Kingstown.
Saint Vincent, 25 km long and 17 km wide, has an area of 344 km2 and completes the arc formed by Grenada and the Grenadines. It’s a volcanic earth. The mountains are covered with trees.
