Where is South Pointe Pier?

This beautiful retreat on the southern tip of Miami Beach is an absolute must-See during the Miami trip. South Pointe Park is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean and overlooks South Beach. If you arrive in the late afternoon around 16:00-17:00 you can also see the cruise ships from here through the “Government Cut” canal to the high seas.

Since the reopening day in 2009, South Pointe Park has been well visited at all times of the day. In the early morning you can see the runners and other early athletes, such as Yoga groups and Personal trainers. Walkers and photographers can be found here around the clock. After dark, the park’s sidewalks are illuminated by giant, tower-like neon lights.
