Where is Titan Missile Museum?

Half an hour’s drive south of Tucson, Arizona, you can visit the only remaining missile silo from the Cold War era. The ” launch complex 571-7 “is now a Museum and has been listed as a recent National Historic Landmark in the United States since 1994.

The subterranean complex in Sahuarita consists of three units connected to each other by long corridors and protected by locks with two hydraulically moving doors, each weighing several tons: the multi-storey control centre, which is manned around the clock, branches off from the staircase on the one hand, and the Silo with the 31-metre-high Titan II intercontinental ballistic missile on the other.
