Shiyan is a prefectural city under the jurisdiction of Hubei Province, People’s Republic of China. This province, whose capital is Wuhan, is located in the southeast center of the giant Asian country. And Shiyan is located northwest of Hubei province, approximately 400 kilometers northwest of the provincial capital, with an area of 23,600 km2 and approximately 3.5 million inhabitants.
