Where is Canyons of the Ancients National Monument?

We were in October 2010 was struck by this National Monument and were very disappointed. First of all, the signs are deficient and compared to other native places the visit and the long journey does not pay off. There were no visitors except us. You should rather spend your time in the Mesa Verde National Park.
