West Vancouver is a part of the North Shore of Vancouver that occupies from Capilano River, just west of Grouse Mountain, to Horseshoe Bay, on the coast.

You get directly to West Vancouver by crossing Burrard Inlet from downtown or Stanley Park, via the Lions Gate Bridge, although there are many other options to get here: from downtown, you can take any of the buses with numbers 240, 250, 251, 252 or 257.
