Very nice architectural structure and fits very well in the area Downtown LA at the Financial District. However, I would only recommend it if you are on this corner anyway and interested in such a thing. A guided Tour is$ 50 p. p. but very expensive. Unfortunately, I was not there for a concert, so I could not make a judgment about de akustik.
