Where is Ufa Located?

Ufa is the capital of the Russian Autonomous Republic of Bashkiria (Bashkortostan) is a peculiar metropolis. Its 1.1 million inhabitants live on a long peninsula bordered by the rivers Belaya and Ufa.

As the center of the petrochemical industry, Ufa is one of the most important economic locations of the Russian Federation, tourists rarely came there in the past.
