It was a lovely sunny day and we arrived about 11: 30 am. There was a running race coming to an end, but we still had no problem finding parking.

Walk a short way to the bridge over the trail and walk to Indiana. There are signs that historical information is on the way. There was a Farmers Market on the Indiana side and we enjoyed a delicious lemonade before going back on. There are many parking spaces, easy walking, beautiful scenery of the park are surrounded, as well as downtown. We loved it and our 11 and 13 year old thought it was pretty cool.
