As part of the city park there is this sculpture garden. I was very impressed. Many exhibits with very different styles by many well-known artists. All embedded in a great park landscape. There is no admission charge for the tour. Hats off. Many thanks.

After we left immediately after Katrina, we did not come to visit often. This was recommended by a friend and we took their advice and were glad we did it. During a leisurely walk through the Park, some wonderful sculptures by various artists were encountered. One of my favorites was the bridge, which for thousands of years had overlaid the different paths of the Mississippi.
