Where is Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark?

Quite atypical for the public institutions in the USA, a really nice idea has been thrown away. Here you should be able to take wonderful photos of how nature recovers its Terrain after about 40 years.

But there is garbage on the machines, such as bathing slats, old foil, soft drink cans, plastic. Even the utensils for performances lie around, as if thrown away, dirt in all corners. Full of energy we arrived here and the longer we were there it was all the more on our nerves. We then stopped the lap and drove. Too bad about such a great idea!
Surprising was the cute turtle that lives in an old dirty pool.
