Where is Rishon LeTsiyon Located?

Rishon LeZion is the youngest of Münster’s twin towns. But in the just over a hundred years since its foundation, it has developed enormously. There were 17 Jewish emigrants from Eastern Europe who built the settlement in the desert sand of the dunes in 1882. Today, 237,000 people live here, and the population continues to grow for good reason: Rishon LeZion offers a central location in the country, sufficient jobs and, last but not least, large land reserves. Only here are new residential and commercial areas still being developed-nowhere else in central Israel.

What Country is Rishon LeTsiyon in?

Over time, people from all over the world have gathered in the city. Russian, Romanian, German, Yemeni, Moroccan, and Iranian immigrants, and their descendants today represent a majority of the residents of Rishon LeZions. This cultural diversity is also reflected in different architectural styles in the individual residential districts.
