In a district full of children and young people, the Mission is characterised by educational initiatives: catechesis in preparation for the First Communion, in which not only the children but also their parents participate. In addition, there are youth freedoms and the so-called misiones, a kind of community mission in small groups, which is one of the peculiarities of Chilean Catholicism.
