Where is Posadas Located?
The capital of the province of Misiones is located on the Paraná River. On the opposite side of the river is the town of Encarnación in Paraguay. Both cities are connected with a bridge. The modern town of Posadas with its numerous Plazas and parks is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Esteros del Iberá, the Jesuit reductions and the Iguazú Falls.
