Where is Portoviejo Located?

About an hour away from Manta is Portoviejo, the capital of Manabí. Due to very good transport links, the city has developed in the last years, a center of coffee cultivation and cattle breeding. In addition, the city is a perfect starting point for trips to the Machalilla National Park or Montecristi.
