Where is Old Faithful Located?
Some time ago I presented the Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone National Park. This natural phenomenon is not the only attraction in the national Park. Of course, the Yellowstone has much more to offer. This undoubtedly includes the Old Faithful geyser, which is also a little bit the landmark of the park.
The Old Faithful is located in a large geyser field about seven kilometers south of the Grand Prismatic Spring. Given the overall size of the national Park, these two natural spectacle, are almost direct neighbors. If you want to visit the Old Faithful, then you have to be prepared for a large number of visitors. Oversized visitor parking, gastronomy and overnight accommodations shape the picture around the most famous geyser of Yellowstone National Park. But somehow also understandable, because the geyser is really worth seeing.
