Where is Muharraq Located?
Al Muharraq is located on the island of Muharraq northeast of Manama and is connected to it by a dam. The port city of 75,000 inhabitants was itself the capital of Bahrain until the beginning of the 20th century. Muharraq is the third largest city of Bahrain.
