Where is Limon Located?

The Caribbean province of Limón is a natural Paradise. It is formed from a combination of dense jungle areas, vast mountains and paradisiacal beaches. Limón has the largest percentage of protected land in Costa Rica and an impressive variety of Fauna and Flora. The Vegetation is lush, as are the crops that spread throughout the province.

The most extensive area of Limón is the Tortuguero National Park in the north of the province. An infinite expanse characterizes the protected area. For the protection of the species of the green turtle and its spawning time, this area on the Atlantic Coast is one of the most important places of the American continent.
