Where is Jimma Located?

Jimmy really lies outside solid streets, in a region in the west of the country, which is rarely visited by tourists. The city itself is not exactly comfortable, as most of the country, but definitely authentic.

There you can visit the palace of Aba Jifar, a king of the Muslim Oromo dynasty, which ruled in the 18th century. In the Museum of Jimmy you can also admire the throne of the last ruler, made of a single piece of wood. Since there are only a few visitors, the sites are rather poorly preserved.
