Where is Fier-Cifci Located?

Fier is located in the west of Albania and has just over 50,000 inhabitants. The coast of the Mediterranean Sea is less than 20 kilometres from Fier. The city was and is an important location for Albanian industry. However, many of the old plants are now abandoned and neglected. So is the old Fier-TEC oil power plant, whose ruins are slowly rotting today.
