The Everglades are the third largest Park in the USA. You should provide at least one, better two to three days for the visit.
From the Vistitor Center a tar road leads to Flamingo (58 km easy). On the road numerous parking spaces with short or longer hiking trails.
From Flamingo guided boat tours can be made; boat charter is possible
Numerous guided, high-quality Ranger-guided tours.
Note there are countless mosquitoes in the Everglades all year round, which can make visiting very difficult. Always pack the mosquito repellent.
