Where is Dublin Located?

Dublin is located on the east coast of Ireland and is crossed by the river Liffey, which flows into the Irish lake. The city itself is flat and rises only about 20 m above sea level. The geography typical of Ireland, with flat plains and surrounding hills, is also found here: just a few kilometres to the south are the almost 1,000 m high Wicklow Mountains.
