Where is Da Lat Located?

Dalat is very different from the rest of Vietnam. They would almost think they were in the French Alps in spring. This was certainly the case when the colonists used to flee to their Chalets to enjoy the cooler climate. The French feeling is enhanced by a radio tower like the Eiffel Tower and the local bohemian artists. Dalat is small enough to remain a charming town and the surrounding countryside is blessed with beautiful lakes, waterfalls, evergreen forests and gardens.

As the most popular place for a honeymoon, Dalat has preserved its typical Vietnamese Kitsch.

The area around Dalat was once famous for hunting. The areas were rich in deer, peacocks, pheasants, wild bear, Panther, Tiger, and elephant, pigs, black. This is unfortunately no longer the case due to excessive hunting and you can occasionally inspect stuffed animals.
