We introduce you online for a wine cellar Tour. We got it 10-15 minutes earlier than suggested. We asked the girls at the counter where to go and she said to stand by the fireplace. We were there for the 1 : 00 Tour, and at the fireplace with 12 : 50 . From 1: 03 No one around and my husband went and used the toilets.

We thought that we were just too impatient. From 1: 10 we had enough. I asked the girl what was going on and she was so exhausted trying to fix it. The Manager told us that you have been “looking” for us, but I think that is very hard to believe. We were really looking forward to doing this Tour and it was just taken from us by poor planning.

They tried to get us back late, but it was not so. We got to refund the money. I do not know if the wine is great, because we did not go for the wine tasting. We just had a glass before waiting. Very frustrated.
