South of Provincetown there is a very well maintained cycle path. An old railway line has been converted into a 35km long cycle path. It is called the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or CCRT for short.

Since I had not taken my own bike to Boston and Provincetown, I had to get a rental bike for the tour on the Railtrail. The Capistrano Bike Shop, which was previously researched on the internet, looked the same as on the first picture in autumn 2017. It was a complete disaster. But a short distance further on the country road I found the Idle Bike Shop with highly recommended bikes, which are very well maintained and with which you can cycle quite several days. With Tax I paid 21.25 USD for 1 day rental fee.
