Montenegro. It is a South-Eastern European country located on the Balkan Peninsula, on the Adriatic Sea. It is bordered to the north by Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia, to the East by Serbia, Kosovo and Albania, to the South by the Adriatic Sea and to the West by Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia. It is not a country recognized by the entire international community, because it unilaterally proclaimed its independence from Serbia on 3 June 2006.

The capital of Montenegro is Podgorica, the official language of Montenegrin, although all inhabitants speak Serbo-Croatian and are also recognized, as officers, Albanian and Bosnian; the form of government is a parliamentary republic, the currency the euro, since it is one of the countries in which it circulates but is not integrated into the monetary system; and the time zone the CET (UTC+1).
