Glendale is a city in Los Angeles County, California, United States. In the year 2010 had a population of 207.902 inhabitants and a population density of 2.414,16 people per km2. It is located at the eastern end of the San Fernando Valley, is sectioned by The Executioner Mountains, and is an important suburb in the Greater Los Angeles area.
The city is bordered to the southwest by the Atwater Village District of Los Angeles; to the west of Burbank. The Golden State Freeway, Ventura Freeway, Glendale Freeway, and Foothill Freeway highways pass through the city. The city is the Glendale Police Department. The Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, based in Glendale, contains the remains of many local celebrities and residents. He is famous as the pioneer of a new style of cemeteries.
