Flag of Central African Republic

The Central African Republic is a state in Central Africa, located between Chad, the two Sudan (Sudan) and South Sudan (South Sudan), the two Congo (Congo-Kinshasa (DRC) and Congo-Brazzaville) and Cameroon.

With a surface area of 622.984 km2, the country is populated by 5 million inhabitants (2012). Capital: Bangui (542 000 inhabitants); other cities : Bimbo (130 000 inhabitants), Mbaiki (67 500), Berberati (62 000), Kaga Bandoro (57 000).
